Vampire Weekend has extended their summer tour by adding ten more stops! Currently the band is touring in South America. Performances in the United States kick off April 24, in Austin, Texas and will run throughout the summer. The extended dates begin on June 1, in Oklahoma City and will wrap up on June 13, at the Bonnaroo Music Festival.
The tour is in support of their third studio album, Modern Vampires of the City." The album won a Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album. It also topped The Billboard 200 chart when it was released.
